You will loose one of the most beautiful iPad magazines. They restore your purchases as simple pint mag PDFs without any feature. Huge step back.
Normally I love reading on the iPad, but in this case, I rather dont. There are so many problems by loading the pages, that it is impossible to read the whole mag, or even a few articles, without: "loading in progress...". And there is a nother big issue: when you go through it, the pages are not sharp. You have to pinch in and out, before you can read properly. So, great Mag, bad app, buy the real thing!
